Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee operations within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, construction inspection, and field service management. This role requires exceptional leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively. The Manager will be responsible for driving performance, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of technicians and field service personnel to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Oversee construction inspection processes to guarantee compliance with NEC standards.
• Develop and implement operational strategies that enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Conduct regular training sessions for staff on electrical systems, schematics, and CAD applications.
• Manage alarm system sales initiatives, providing guidance on product offerings and customer engagement.
• Utilize power tools safely and effectively during project execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to detect issues early and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed in accordance with company policies and industry regulations.

Skills

• Proficiency in NFPA codes and standards related to fire system systems.
• Experience in field service management within the construction or electrical sectors.
• Strong understanding of construction inspection processes.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics accurately.
• Familiarity with CAD software for design purposes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to detect issues proactively.
• Knowledge of fire alarm systems and their installation requirements.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively lead teams and interact with clients.
• Experience in alarm system sales is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
