As VP of Technology, you will provide sound technical leadership in all aspects of our business. You will communicate with employees, stakeholders and customers to ensure our company's technologies are used appropriately. Communicate technology strategy to partners and investors. Utilize strategic thinking and strong business acumen are essential in this role. We expect you to be well-versed in current technological trends and familiar with a variety of business concepts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

- Strategy :
Develop and execute a technology strategy that aligns with the company's business goals.
Drive technological innovation and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
Oversee the technical aspects of the organization, including systems architecture, software development, and network infrastructure.
Oversee the entire lifecycle of business application development from selection and implementation to maintenance and decommissioning.
Establish and maintain high-level relationships with software vendors and service providers, ensuring periodic vendor reviews.
Develop and maintain the IT budget.
Stay updated on regulations, industry standards, codes and collaborate with legal counsel and cybersecurity experts to safeguard sensitive information.
Communicate technical topics in easy-to-understand business terms.
