About Total Health Dental Care: Total Health Dental Care, a distinguished fee-for-service group practice, is seeking a dedicated Financial Coordinator. With 14 locations in the Bay Area, our mission is to deliver exceptional oral health to each patient through cutting-edge technology and premium care.
Pay: From $25ph-$40ph
Location: Oakland, CA
Hours: 7.40am - 4.40pm, Monday - Thursday
Duties and responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive, ensuring a positive, friendly atmosphere
- Contact patients by phone to confirm appointments or book future appointments
- Present financial arrangements to patients
- Build a schedule for the office and obtain production goals
- Maintain patient records and update information on Dentrix
- Ensure office is tidy, presentable, and welcoming
- Be the primary point of contact for your office and between your clinical staff
- Reach weekly and quarterly goals
- Assist with other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in a sales and/or management role (preferred)
- License as a Registered Dental Assistant (ideal)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to make outbound calls daily by phone
- Flexibility with schedule
- Patient-focused with a positive attitude
- Team player with a go-getter mentality
