What are the responsibilities and job description for the Caregiver for Elderly (Portage) position at Total In Home Services?
Caregivers needed full/part time to provide care to clients in need all over NWI. Flexible scheduling available- we will work within whatever availability you give us. Excellent attendance required.
Responsibilities include: assistance with bathing, dressing, feeding, cooking, cleaning, laundry, grocery shopping, prescription pick up and more.
Must have a valid driver's license, valid car insurance, reliable vehicle, and pass a national background check.
Job Types: Full-time Part-time
Schedule:
- Sunday to Saturday
- Required to work one weekend per month if needed.
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Home Care: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
- CPR Certification (Preferred)
- TB test (Preferred)
Work Location: One location

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
