We are seeking a compassionate and reliable caregiver to provide personalized care and support to individuals who need assistance with daily living activities. The ideal candidate will have a heart for caregiving, strong communication skills, and the ability to provide both physical and emotional support in a respectful, patient-centered way.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene
- Provide mobility support, including transfers and walking assistance
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs
- Offer companionship and engage in meaningful conversation or activities
- Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, dishes, and tidying
- Provide transportation or accompany client to appointments and errands
- Maintain clear and accurate care records
- Report any changes in client’s condition to supervisor
