Landscape Maintenance Supervisor
Full-Time | Marietta, GA
We’re looking for a Landscape Maintenance Supervisor with a strong work ethic and sharp attention to detail to lead our maintenance crew. If you take pride in creating beautiful, well-maintained properties and enjoy working outdoors, this is the job for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive and manage a daily landscape maintenance route
- Lead a crew and ensure top-quality results at each property
- Operate and maintain mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.
- Prune, trim, and detail plant material with expert care
- Spot issues before they become problems—and solve them

What We’re Looking For:
- Landscape maintenance experience (supervisor experience a big plus)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work outdoors in all conditions
- Skilled in equipment operation and maintenance
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a bonus
