We are seeking a Testing Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining and managing testing protocols, collaborating with TLC’s Leadership Team, and ensuring delivery of high-quality reports to our clients. The ideal candidate is capable of independent, detail-oriented work, maintaining a high level of accuracy while managing a regular pipeline of ongoing projects.
Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory of current testing protocols.
- Ensure inventory is up-to-date with the latest testing protocol changes, updates, and new editions.
- Create testing folder(s) for incoming clients based on standard procedures. Include (if available for school psychologists’ review) any relevant intake or consultation information.
- Work with school psychologist(s) to determine additional testing assessments if/when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records of school psychologists’ availability and schedules, in accordance with company policies.
- Provide clients with exceptional customer service, including accurate information about testing procedures.
- Manage current and previous student records, including accurate data entry into our records system, and digital and paper file management.
- Score completed student testing according to manufacturer’s recommended procedures.
- Generate exceptional client-facing reports, based on student scores and company procedures.
- Quality assurance of all reports through detailed proofreading and review procedures.
- Participate in regular meetings with other coordinators, school psychologists, and other team members.
- Maintain and innovate testing procedures, protocols, and best practices to ensure high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Education, Psychology, Statistics)
- Keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members.
- Ability to prioritize a diverse range of tasks and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced (Master’s or above) degree in Education or Psychology, or an equivalent amount of relevant work experience.
- Experience administering, scoring, and interpreting the results of nationally-normed assessments (IQ, Academic, or other psychometric testing)
- Experience in special education or disability services.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
Working Conditions:
- 20 to 25 hours per week, schedule flexible based on company and candidate needs.
- Office-based role with the potential for hybrid work dependent on company needs.
- Pay commensurate with experience and qualifications.
