Role Description
We’re looking for a Head of Growth to lead the charge.
This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the CEO. You’ll own and optimize a six-figure marketing and growth budget, lead performance strategy, and work cross-functionally to ensure every part of the company — from clinical to operations to call center — is primed for scale.
We’re looking for someone who brings data, passion, leadership, and serious follow-through.
You’ve launched growth campaigns, managed big budgets, rallied teams, and know how to turn dollars into measurable outcomes.

What You’ll Own:
• Our $200K growth budget across paid digital, retargeting, and outbound
• Collaboration with the call center to maximize conversion performance
• Alignment across clinical, ops, and finance to ensure growth is sustainable
• Weekly reporting and KPI analysis for CAC, LTV, conversion, and funnel performance
• New initiatives to unlock channels and user segments

Qualifications
- Growth Marketing and Growth Hacking skills
- Customer Acquisition and Sales skills
- Experience in Business Development
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the healthcare or wellness industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
