What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Manager: Retail position at Total Management Group?
Red Wine and Brew, Mentor is looking for an Assistant Manager in our retail department. Duties include but are not limited to customer service, point of sales, inventory/ stock marketability, communicate/ correspond with management team and department heads.
Candidate must be skilled at prioritizing tasks, personally completing and/or delegating standard operating procedures, practice preventative procedures, problem solving, recognize severity of situations, remain calm during emergencies, driven to achieve goals.
Must have some retail experience, worked with alcohol and tobacco products, and experience with leading small groups.
