WORK FROM HOME with VIRTUAL TRAINING

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $10.00 to $12.00 /hour
Computer requirements for VIRTUAL TRAINING:
Windows 10 minimum, High Speed Internet (No WIFI allowed), USB Headset and Webcam. You must also agree to install our security software and VPN.
Training is VIRTUAL for 2 weeks. You will be paid for training once the 2 full weeks are completed. Week one is a classroom setting, week two is dialing with a trainer to ensure you are prepared to be a successful agent.
Job Description:
This Sirius XM job is outbound sales. This is NOT cold calling or Telemarketing. You will be calling current SXM costumers regarding their SXM membership. Most cars already have Sirius XM installed; however, SXM will only work if enrolled in a membership plan. Some car owners drive off the dealership in their purchased vehicle with these services already installed. However, at some point the promotion that came with the vehicle will expire. This position reaches out to customer's offering continued service (they can continue enjoying their favorite non-commercial satellite radio stations again). This is a sales job, you must have sales experience. You will be calling customers with new cars that have a free trial subscription ending as well as current customers nearing the end of their SXM contract.
Summary:
In this position, qualified candidates will be contacting existing customers through leads that will be provided by SIRIUSXM, renewing their subscription and providing exceptional customer service. As an Outbound Sales Representative you will also be responding to inquiries about different products and services and processing payments.
Responsibilities:
- Making Outbound calls to customers with a previous or current SXM subscription.
- Answering customer requests or inquiries
- Upselling products and/or services to the customer
- Identifying and resolving customer issues using problem-solving skills
- Building a positive rapport across a variety of personality types
- Continually maintaining a working knowledge of our clients' products, services and promotions
- Putting the customer first and remaining polite and professional at all times
- Documenting all customer information, communications and sales in a computer system

Qualifications
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Preferred: previous call center, sales or customer service experience
