Job Responsibilities:
- Overseeing provider’s daily schedules
- Scheduling and verifying patient appointments
- Check-in/Check- out patients
- Answerings and triaging phone calls
- Verifying Insurance
- General administrative tasks
Qualification and Skills:
- Customer Service -Strong interpersonal skills to provide a welcoming and professional experience for patients
- Communication - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with patients and providers
- Confidentiality - Understanding HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient privacy at all times.
- Bi-lingual preferred (Spanish speaking)
Education and Experience:
- 1 year of experience as a Medical Receptionist
- EMR experience (eClincal Works experience is a PLUS!)

Pay: $19.00 per hour
