Job Responsibilities:
- Residential Plumbing Installations – Install plumbing systems, including water supply lines, drainage systems, fixtures, and appliances in new and existing homes.
- Water Heater & Tank Installations – Set up and connect traditional and tankless water heaters, ensuring proper operation and efficiency.
- Fixture Installations – Install sinks, faucets, toilets, tubs, showers, and garbage disposals with precision and care.
- Piping & Soldering – Cut, measure, and assemble pipes using various materials, including PEX, PVC, and copper.
- Code Compliance & Safety – Ensure all plumbing installations meet local codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards.
- Blueprint & Schematic Interpretation – Read and follow blueprints, technical drawings, and manufacturer specifications.
- Collaboration with Other Trades – Work closely with HVAC technicians, electricians, and general contractors to complete installations efficiently.
- Testing & Inspection – Perform system tests to check for leaks, water pressure issues, and proper drainage flow.
- Customer Interaction – Maintain professionalism when communicating with homeowners, answering questions, and explaining system functions.
- Service Documentation – Accurately complete work orders and job reports using Service Titan or similar trade software.
Qualifications:
- Experience – 3 years of experience as a Plumbing Installer or similar role in residential plumbing.
- Certification – Plumbing certification or equivalent trade school experience preferred.
- Technical Expertise – Strong understanding of plumbing systems, fixture installations, and pipe assembly.
- Service Software Skills – Experience with Service Titan or similar software is a plus.
- Attention to Detail – Ability to perform accurate installations while adhering to plumbing codes and regulations.
- Team Player – Ability to collaborate with other trades and work efficiently in a team setting.
- Driver’s License – Valid license with a clean driving record.
