Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mortgage Loan Officer located in Auburn, MA, with some work from home flexibility. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for assisting clients with mortgage financing, assessing loan applications, and working closely with underwriting to ensure compliance and approval. The Loan Officer will provide excellent customer service, answer client inquiries, and guide them through the loan process to secure their home financing needs.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Loan Officer in the Mortgage Industry
- Knowledge of Mortgage Lending practices and Underwriting processes
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field is preferred
- Relevant certifications or licenses in mortgage lending is a plus
