Our busy, established and growing medical scheduling office is looking for a medical scheduling professional.
We schedule Durable Medical Equipment, diagnostic testing, physical therapy and follow up.
We are looking for a bilingual_ applicant fluent in English and Spanish to schedule Durable Medical Equipment (DME) diagnostic testing and physical therapy appointments._

Secretarial experience in the following areas IS highly preferred:
Multi-tasking, Flexibility, Telephone Skills, Customer Service, Time Management, Organization, Attention to Detail, Scheduling, Word Processing, Professionalism, Quality Focus.
MRI scheduling, Durable Medical Equipment, medical billing, physical therapy scheduling or excel spreadsheet experience is a plus.
Our office is located in the Riverview High School area of South Sarasota.

Responsibilities
- Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently, ensuring optimal use of time and resources.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns in both English and Spanish.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Utilize EHR systems and Microsoft Office tools to manage patient information and documentation.
- Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care and follow-up procedures.
- Handle multi-line phone systems and perform clerical duties as needed.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
