We are looking for the right person to fill the role of IT Support Technician I whose primary responsibility is to handle client support requests related to workstations, servers, networks, and software
As a member of our Service Desk team, an IT Support Technician I is fast-paced and focused on clear communication, quick response, and proactive focus on valuing our clients' time. This role works with a collaborative team in our Phoenix office with access to resources for escalations. The IT Support Technician is responsible for handling support service requests. This relates to all technology, including : workstations, servers, printers, networks, and vendor-specific hardware and software.
