Summary
We are seeking a Medical Assistant to join our dynamic team at Total Orthopaedic Care. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting our orthopedic specialists. Your contributions will help ensure that our patients receive the best possible experience during their visits.
Responsibilities
- Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.
- Perform routine clinical tasks such as taking vital signs and administering medications.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulations.
- Prepare examination rooms and ensure they are stocked with necessary supplies.
- Educate patients on treatment plans and provide instructions for follow-up care.
- Collaborate with other medical staff to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Medical Assistant or in a similar healthcare role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) is a plus but not required.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
