We are seeking a Site Manager in Training to join our team!
- You will be responsible for providing strong, positive leadership for exterior express car wash services to customers in a clean, safe, friendly, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall site operations, labor, and profitability.
- Responsible for equipment and site maintenance.
- Always maintain a clean and safe site.
- Recruit, hire, and train employees.
- Foster a positive work environment.
- Complete maintenance and administrative tasks.
- Address any equipment or mechanical issues immediately.
- Promote sales and memberships.
- Order chemicals and other supplies.
- Ensure the location is open and staffed for business every day.
- Provide exceptional customer service every time.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields.
- 4 - 5 years prior management experience.
- Ability to operate in a fast quickly changing environment.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Positive and professional demeanor.
- Be detail orientated.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Enjoy working outside.
- Ability to work in physically demanding conditions.
- Have a mechanical aptitude and analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
- Be punctual, responsible, and accountable.
