We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Richmond, VA. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution of packaging programs, managing customer accounts, and leading new project development from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and responsiveness.
• Project Execution: Lead cross-functional teams through the entire lifecycle of new item development and packaging program execution.
• Customer Communication: Regularly interface with customers to provide project updates, resolve issues, and align on expectations.
• Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination: Monitor critical inventory thresholds, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure materials are available for production.
• Order Processing & Procurement: Process sales orders and material purchase orders for assigned programs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaboration Across Departments: Work closely with Sales, Vendors, and Production Teams to drive project timelines and deliverables.
• ERP & Vendor Management: Work within our ERP system, maintain CRM pipeline management and oversee vendor relationships to ensure quality and efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

• Industry experience in contract packaging, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred.
• Hands-on problem-solving experience in operations, production, or supply chain.
• Strong proficiency in ERP/MRP systems, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and project management tools.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Packaging Science, or a related field.
• Preferred certifications: PMP, CAPM, or APICS CSCP.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $60,000 - $90,000 Annually, commensurate with experience.
