AP
- Balance A/P Reports to Leger
- Complete Credit Applications
- Enter Invoices into Accounting System
- Upload Invoices in Accounting System for PM's Approval
PR
- Timesheet entry
- Process Payroll (117 Employees)
- Scan & File Timesheets
- New Hire & Terminations set up in Accounting Software
- Report New Hires to Corporate
- Report Temporary Hours to Corporate
Acct:
- Enter Journal Entries
- Construction Job Cost
- Learn and Assist with Month End Close
Admin:
- Order & Maintain Bonds
- Order & Maintain COI's
- Notary
CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE_ IS PERFERRED_
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
