Responsibilities
- Provide direction and feedback to workers during shifts
- Schedule employee shifts and assign duties
- Manage time-off requests and attendance
- Train and coach new employees
- Communicate the need for repairs or replacements to management
- Ensure health and safety standards as well as SOP are followed
- Foster and maintain a positive work environment
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Supervisor or relevant managerial role
- Knowledge of the industry safety regulations
- Commitment to excellent service
- Working well within a team
- Ability to make decisions fast
- Strong problem-solving aptitude
