- Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and mental health resources.
- Respond to crisis situations and assist in de-escalation when necessary.
- Maintain accurate patient records in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations.
Qualifications:
- Must have experience working in a behavioral health setting.
- Active and unrestricted LVN license in [State].
