- Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

- Stay informed about ICD-10 coding for accurate documentation of client diagnoses.
- Participate in community outreach programs to promote mental health awareness.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work or related field from an accredited institution.
- Valid state licensure as a Social Worker or equivalent certification.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Strong therapeutic skills, including experience in child family counseling.
- Familiarity with motivational interviewing techniques is advantageous.
- Knowledge of medical records management and HIPAA compliance is required.
