Since 1996, Total Property Management has been providing comprehensive Landscaping and Lawn Care services throughout East Tennessee. Located in New Market, we have become one of the fastest growing locally owned landscaping businesses in the area.
We are seeking 1-2 dependable and reliable Lawn Treatment Technicians with acute attention to detail to join our team. To be considered for our current needs you must be 21 years of age and over with an active Driver's License and a clean driving record. TPM is a Drug Free workplace. To be considered is contingent upon passing Drug test.
As a Lawn Treatment Technician, you will be responsible for various tasks, such as, but not limited to:
- Hold or obtain TN category 3 pesticide applicator certification
- Maintain certification and adhere to TN laws and best practices when handling chemicals.
- Must be willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Have the ability to learn to Diagnose and treat problems in lawn and shrubs
- Handle, measure, mix, and apply fertilizers and chemical pesticides.
- The ability to follow directions accordingly
- The ability to perform physical tasks.
(PAY) Depending on experience.
