Job Overview

Total Protection, LLC powered by Kuorum Partners Wealth is a rapidly growing agency seeking motivated and talented Life Insurance Agents! Whether you're an experienced professional or new to the industry, we want to hear from you. No prior experience is required, but candidates must hold a valid Florida 2-15 Life, Health and Variable Annuity License (preferred) or 2-14 Resident Life Agent License (considered). What We Offer

Base Pay : $684 / salary week ($35,500 annually) paid weekly.

Earning Potential : First year income opportunity up to $150,000 including hourly wages, commissions, and bonuses.

Live Transfers : We provide warm leads from individuals actively seeking our services, ensuring you have the tools to succed!

Scheduled Appointments : We set you up for success with pre-scheduled client meetings.

Comprehensive Benefits :  Health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K and PTO after 90 days.

Responsibilities

  • Educate clients about life insurance options to help secure their financial future.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through exceptional service and communication.
  • Demonstrate strong sales and organizational skills to meet and exceed performance goals.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of insurance sales processes and products.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Proven negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for clients.
  • Experience in retail sales or direct customer engagement is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is a plus for handling sensitive client information.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse clientele.
  • Proficient in benefits administration and understanding of various insurance plans.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in sales administration tasks.

    • Requirements :

  • Valid Florida 2-15 License (preferred) or 2-14 License (considered)
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, including late afternoons and evenings
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
  • Ability to pass a background check.

    • Details :

  • Hours : M - F 11 : 00am - 8 : 00pm (1 hour lunch)
  • Pay : $684 / week salary base commission bonus
  • Location : In-person only
