Overview
Total Quality Insurance is seeking a highly motivated and outgoing Marketing Territory Manager to build and strengthen relationships with referral partners across Augusta, GA; Atlanta, GA; Charleston, SC; Columbia, SC; and Greenville, SC. This position requires frequent travel and face-to-face networking to promote our insurance products and services. The ideal candidate is a dynamic communicator who enjoys meeting new people, creating connections, and representing our brand in a professional and engaging manner.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with mortgage lenders, real estate agents, and other referral partners to generate leads for Total Quality Insurance.
- Conduct regular visits to each designated city on a rotational basis, ensuring consistent engagement and brand presence.
- Take referral partners out for lunch or dinner to strengthen business relationships and discuss ways to collaborate.
- Attend networking events, BNI meetings, and industry functions to expand Total Quality Insurance’s reach and visibility.
- Serve as the face of the company, promoting our insurance services and value proposition to potential partners.
- Track and report on relationship-building activities, feedback, and lead generation efforts to measure success and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure referral partners receive excellent support and service.
Qualifications
- Super outgoing and charismatic personality—you thrive in social settings and love meeting new people.
- Willingness and ability to travel at least four (4) days a week across designated territories.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to connect with diverse professionals.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills—must be comfortable speaking to groups and individuals in a business setting.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently while aligning with company goals.
- Professional appearance and demeanor that reflects the Total Quality Insurance brand.
- Basic knowledge of the insurance or real estate industry is a plus, but not required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
