Schreiber Care Clinic provides onsite medical, physical therapy, and mental health services to Schreiber Food partners and their eligible dependents. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing comprehensive patient care, including diagnosing and treating various health conditions. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history and physical examinations.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses, with a focus on infectious disease care and urgent care scenarios.
- Administer necessary treatments, including injections and catheterization, while ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Maintain accurate medical records, documenting patient interactions and treatment plans in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Provide psychopharmacology services, managing medication regimens for patients requiring psychiatric care.
- Participate in sterile processing protocols to ensure a safe environment for all procedures.
- Respond to emergency medicine situations as needed, providing immediate care and support.
