- Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
- Perform data entry tasks, including typing documents and managing files.
- Support customer service efforts by addressing client needs and providing assistance.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks when required.
- Collaborate with team members on various projects to enhance office efficiency.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a personal assistant, clerk, or in an administrative role is preferred.
- Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer support abilities.
- Familiarity with office management practices and procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are an advantage.
