A Field Operator is responsible for the coordination and execution of frac sand delivery and inventory on customer location. This position opens the door to advancement within our organization. Successful Field Operators have the opportunity to progress to a Field Site Supervisor where you'll be the on-location team leader.
Schedule: 2 weeks on, 1 week off, 12-hour shifts.
Field Operator Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate mobilization and demobilization of sand silos and equipment for maximum efficiency.
- Assemble, inspect, and troubleshoot field equipment; assist with on-location maintenance.
- Manage and communicate sand inventory levels on the wellsite to ensure appropriate levels are maintained.
