The Jr. Tableau Developer assist in designing and developing dashboards and reports for use within the broader organization. Along with the rest of the Data Analytics team, they will be responsible for delivering insight into the performance and operations of the company via rapid iteration and tight customer feedback loops. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Connect Tableau to various data sources.
- Perform data cleaning, transformation, and preparation for analysis.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.
- Dashboard maintenance.
- Utilize Tableau features like lenses, dashboards, and datasets effectively.
- Customize Tableau applications to meet business requirements.
- Configure user permissions and data security settings within Tableau.
- Assist in ETL and database development.
- Collaborate with business units, IT, and other departments to identify analytics opportunities that align with business objectives.
- Ensure projects are well documented.
- Identify data integrity issues in existing and proposed systems and system changes.
