- Be at least 18 years of age

Duties

- Respond promptly to incidents, providing first aid or CPR when necessary, and coordinating with law enforcement if required.
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage to property.
- Manage conflicts effectively, utilizing conflict management skills to de-escalate situations.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and any irregularities observed during shifts.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall safety protocols and procedures.
Qualifications
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred; candidates with relevant certifications will be prioritized.
- Experience in law enforcement or military service is a plus, providing valuable skills in surveillance and conflict management.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and loss prevention techniques is advantageous.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert and attentive at all times.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective reporting and interaction with staff and visitors.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
