Account Sales Rep
Summary of Position:
The Inside Sales Account Manager is responsible for meeting established sales goals. This position is responsible for providing superior quality and service while maintaining the company’s high standards when interacting with customers, employees, partners, and vendors.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop concrete sales techniques utilizing the TSS sales process
- Achieve quarterly departmental and personal objectives
- Answer and make multiple in and outbound calls daily to customers
- Educate the customer on the TSS Proven Process and benefits of our products and services
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries received directly via phone, email or forwarded by other departments
- Generate accurate proposals, follow up on proposals in a timely manner, and close orders
- Submit orders for processing with complete and accurate information
- Document customer information in database/CRM
Competencies:
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and the ability to sell in a highly competitive industry
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of plant and corporate personnel
- Strong decision-making skills to address issues effectively and in a timely manner
- Goal-oriented and long-range planning aptitude to promote continued success in meeting goals
- Ability to use influence internally as well as with decision makers in customer facilities
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit
Required Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree or 5 years of experience in business, sales, marketing or a related field
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Experience and ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Detail-oriented and able to focus on multiple tasks at one time
- Comfortable with technology and proficient with Google Apps and Hubspot preferred
