Duties:
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business and expand existing accounts
- Manage and nurture client relationships to maximize customer satisfaction and retention
- Utilize effective sales techniques and strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends in Salesforce
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in HVAC
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with a team
- Proficient in using CRM systems, such as Salesforce, to track and manage sales activities
- Demonstrated business development skills and ability to identify new opportunities
