Description : Responsibilities :
Front Desk Management : Greet clients, parents, and visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring a welcoming environment. Phone Management : Handle incoming and outgoing calls, directing them to the appropriate team members or departments. Client Communication : Serve as the primary contact for parents and medical offices, providing information about our services and answering questions regarding the process and required documentation. Information Gathering : Collect necessary information from parents, address their inquiries, and ensure they understand all steps of the process. Data Management : Receive, store, and manage client information accurately, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company policies. EMR Maintenance : Update and maintain the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system with accurate and current information. Multidisciplinary Communication : Maintain consistent communication within the company s multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless client coordination and care. Client Updates : Keep parents informed about their child s progress and any updates regarding their therapy process. Insurance Coordination : Communicate with insurance companies to verify coverage for potential and current clients and ensure all required documentation is in place. Coverage Reviews : Review insurance coverage for all new and existing clients and assist with any related inquiries or issues.
Qualifications :
MUST BE BILINGUAL!! High School Diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in using computer systems and EMR software (training can be provided). Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role (experience in a medical or therapy setting is a plus). Familiarity with insurance processes and terminology is preferred.
