Job Summary:
The Staffing Coordinator will perform various Administrative, Payroll, and HR based duties tasks to support the recruiting team and the branch locations. The job will consist of Client Communication weekly to collect associate hours, timecards, and pull reports from various time clock systems and web portal systems. Working with the Internal Payroll department to make sure associates are paid accurately and on time. Working with HR and Compliance Departments to complete I9, W2, Direct Deposit, Safety Training and Videos. Answering office phone calls, greeting guests, and answering associates’ questions as they come into the office. Processing background and Drug Tests required to start an assignment.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist the Branch Manager and Recruiting team with collecting and processing timecards.
- Working with associates and clients to research and problem solve hours/ check related issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Help organize and Maintain Office areas and order required supplies.
- Communicate with clients regarding Time Clock, Timecards, current associate hours, and eligibility to convert full time.
- Ensure all employee confidential information is properly secured.
- Creating records in the ATS System documenting Attendance and various conversations.
- Enter Direct Deposit information and administer Pay Cards when needed.
- Complete E-Verify Training and process I9, Social Security Verification, and E-Verify checks daily.
- Enter Criminal Background checks into our company portal. Track results in a timely manner. (Zenople)
- Administer Safety Training and Videos and document certificates into our system.
- Ensure I-9 compliance and retention for accuracy.
- Assist in conducting I9 Audits for the branch.
- Collecting appropriate forms and documentation required for onboarding paperwork.
- Administer Drug Tests in the office.
- Additional Recruiting support as required by management.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma required.
- Associate degree or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience preferred but not necessary.

- Payroll for your branch turned in by COB Tuesday at 99% accuracy.
- Payroll for your branch completed with no errors or adjustments at 99% accuracy.
- Branch I9 Audits returned with no errors.
- Branch Audits Scored A & B on weekly score cards.
- Screening for Client Specific documents and requirements completed at 99% or better.
- No applicant, associate, or customer service complaints out of your branch(s)
