Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Foreman to oversee construction projects and manage on-site operations. Duties
- Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to ensure project timelines are met.
- Review schematics and blueprints to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Manage budgeting processes, including tracking expenses and resource allocation.
- Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices in construction techniques and safety protocols.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding project progress, challenges, and solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisor or supervisory role within the commercial construction industry. Remodel experience- Interior and Exterior.
- Proficiency in construction management software including Prolog, Bluebeam, and Primavera.
- Strong understanding of budgeting processes related to construction projects.
- Familiarity with pipeline construction practices is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics effectively.
- Knowledge of tools such as an ohmmeter is advantageous.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
