We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Residential and Commercial Cleaner to join our team. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring freshness and cleanliness for clients.
- Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each cleaning visit.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in good working order, reporting any issues or needs to management.
- Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure safety and efficiency in all tasks performed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all assignments are completed in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean thoroughly and efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and products used for various surfaces.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
