Service Manager
Total Tech, and Tech24’s subsidiaries are a full-service commercial kitchen equipment repair company. This position is responsible for all day-to-day management of field service technicians. This is a fast paced customer oriented position and will suit an individual that has experience providing technical services such as refrigeration, plumbing, electrical and general maintenance repairs through a field service network. Experience in facility maintenance management is a plus.
Responsibilities :
- Manage customer special needs and projects
- Manage field service technicians and office support staff to ensure quality of work, appearance and professionalism
- Dispatch technician schedules and maintain communication between office and field
- Review and evaluate technician’s operational performance
- Assist with the development of technician’s skills and hiring additional manpower as needed
- Review and approve time-sheets for hourly employees
- Understanding of contractual agreements, operational parameters for each contract and warranty customer
- Verify billing accounts with accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
