As an entry-level computer technician, you will provide technical support to our internal users and clients, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and assist with the maintenance of our IT infrastructure. Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems, including operating systems, applications, and network connectivity.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer workstations, printers, and peripherals.
- Assist with network setup and maintenance.
- Document solutions and maintain a knowledge base.
- Escalate complex issues to senior technicians.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with all users.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.76 - $20.10 per hour
