PAY RANGE:

$55,000 - $65,000 annual salary, depending on experience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

As a Marketing Coordinator at Total Tool, you will contribute to existing marketing programs, while assisting with the development of new initiatives aligned with company-wide and market-specific goals. You will be responsible for a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, print collateral, promotions, product management, and website management.

Strategic Work:

  • Passionately defend the Total Tool brand while promoting it both externally and internally
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies in collaboration with the Marketing Manager to support business objectives
  • Work as an organized and detail-oriented multitasker able to handle many diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines

Tactic Work:

  • Ensure all marketing materials and communications align with the brand’s voice and identity
  • Optimize marketing efforts to support short- and long-term business goals, improving processes, content, and lead generation
  • Collaborate with agency partners to ensure timely, high-quality completion of tasks and projects
  • Work with Purchasing and IT to produce marketing reports and metrics for measuring promotional success
  • Conduct market research, analyze trends, and provide competitive insights to inform strategy
  • Stay up to date on industry trends through training, research, and events, sharing best practices with the team
  • Partner with vendors and designers to develop engaging promotional and informational materials
  • Ensure all marketing output—internal and external—is accurate, on-brand, and released on schedule
  • Support the Marketing Manager in evaluating brand, promotional, and product marketing strategies
  • Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to the sales team, providing clear usage instructions
  • Maintain and update sales support materials, ensuring accuracy and relevance
  • Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining marketing databases
  • Co-manage Total Tool’s brochure and e-commerce websites, updating content, registering users, and performing regular testing
  • Oversee the promotional process from concept to release
  • Monitor the Sales Event Calendar weekly to ensure timely execution of marketing requests
  • Provide additional marketing support as needed

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Hardworking, Humble, and Hungry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications
  • Past work experience as a marketing coordinator or similar role
  • Knowledge of traditional marketing, sales and e-commerce
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Builds knowledge of HTML, design and e-commerce software
  • Experience working with budgets and forecasting
  • All decisions are made in the company/employee’s best interest
  • Detail-oriented to ensure work is completed correctly and efficiently

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • This is a primarily sedentary role, requiring sitting for extended periods of time while working on a computer.
  • Employee must be able to communicate effectively in a typical office environment with a standard level of office noise. Occasional standing, bending, walking and lifting is also required.
