Safety Assistant
RICHLAND, MS
Monday-Friday 7 : 00am-4 : 00pm
Compensation Range : $11.20 - $16.77

What You'll Do :
- Enters data for Safety Department and verifies all information is correctly entered in system.
- Reviews and updates permit books.
- Files documents concerning the Safety Department.
- Receives mail for the Safety Department.
- Composes and mails routine correspondence for the Safety Department.
- Determines driver eligibility for the Safety Award program.
- Responsible for the setup of the quarterly safety training.
- Prepares reports as needed by the Safety Manager and Sr. Safety Manager
- Maintain proper attendance and punctuality to ensure that the department is operated in an efficient and cost effective manner.
- May include other duties as assigned by management.
