Duties & Responsibilities
- Corresponds with customers owing past due amounts by telephone, fax, mail or email.
- Plan and execute actions that includes documentation to provide a customer with information needed in order to promptly clear past due accounts.
- Obtains and mails 2nd request and balance due invoices as requested by customer.
- To research as necessary any past due amounts through sales, rates or billing and request any needed corrections.
- Assist with related special projects as required.
- Contacts customers and Sales Representatives pertaining to invoicing requirements.
- Communicates receivable management practices to both internal and external customers
Qualifications
Education
- Any combination of education or experience equivalent to a high school diploma.
Experience
- 2 Years Collection experience or equivalent.
- TTMS or trucking experience beneficial.
Skills/Certifications
- Good understanding of personal computers, Microsoft Excel and Word, Get Paid collections software.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
Supervisory Responsibility: none
