What You’ll Do:
- Responds to incoming calls on the queue from trainers and student drivers.
- Complete a weekly call / check with all student drivers as needed.
- Mediate problem-solving issues between students and trainers.
- Responsible for issuing training manuals and express expectations of the Finishing Program to students in training.
- Arrange motel stays, bus tickets and advances for student drivers and trainers.
- Work with fleet managers, load planners and Operations Managers to get students routed with the appropriate driver trainer.
- Responsible for authorizing trainer bonus.
- Indirectly supervises student drivers and student trainers. May recommend termination of student drivers to Management.
- Maintain proper attendance and punctuality to ensure that the department is operated in an efficient and cost effective manner.
- Ability to work on a TTMS site while performing the essential functions of this position.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

Education
- Any combination of experience or experience equivalent to a high school diploma.
Skills/Certifications
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Products
- Ability to work as a team and adapt to change quickly
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate with a variety of personalities and backgrounds.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Able to provide detailed and accurate reports.
