As the Landscape Production Manager, you will be the driving force behind the seamless execution of our services. You will oversee daily operations on the landscape side, manage multiple teams, and ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all production aspects of the landscape department, including scheduling, resource allocation, and logistics.
- Supervise, mentor, field and office staff. Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Address any issues or concerns promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficiency improvements.
