Job Description
Job Title: Inside Technical Sales Department: Sales Team
Reports to: Director of Sales Location: Total Valve Systems, BA
FLSA Job Status: Exempt
POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for Business to Business Sales providing service to Sales Team for specific valve line of Total Valve Systems and must maintain a professional appearance and interaction with multiple levels of management and personnel both in house and possibly with customers in order to support project schedules. Will be self-motivated and able to multi-task with extreme organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Support the outside sales team, figure and deliver job quotes
- Acquire Customer PO
- Complete work order set-up
- Sizing Valves
- Search/source products and services required for projects
- Schedule shipping & set up logistics
- Serve as liaison between the Principle, Sales Team and various departments
- Project management
- Communicate job specifications with manufacturing team
- Interface daily with engineering/manufacturing regarding delivery schedules

- Maintains safe operations by keeping work area clean and organized and by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
- Maintains continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Documents actions by completing required paper and/or electronic logs.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications.
- Participate in required meetings and training.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a CSR position
- Knowledge of process and control valves
- Excellent time management / multi-tasking
- Superior communication skills
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate both domestic and Internationally
- Shipping / Logistics
- Advanced Internet research abilities
- Ability to find solutions to challenging opportunities
- Flexible to change in work structure
Language Skills:
- Must be able to read and write English / additional languages a plus but not expected
- Ability to read and interpret common scientific and technical journals and blueprints.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Mathematical Skills:
- Ability to apply concepts such as basic fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
Computer & Software Skills:
- Must be highly proficient in all MS Office Products

- Above-Average Reasoning Ability
- Ability to prioritize daily workload based on degree of urgency
