Medical Assistant

We are currently looking for a compassionate and dedicated Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in examination and treatment of patients under the direction of our PAs.
• Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations.
• Record patients' medical history, vital statistics, and information such as test results in medical records.
• Administer injections, medications, skin treatments, and perform routine laboratory tests, including phlebotomy, as directed.
• Guide patients by providing relevant information, services, and assistance.
• Perform front desk administrative duties as needed, including scheduling, patient check-in, and handling phone calls.
• Maintain safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Medical Assistant or training from an accredited school (certification preferred).
• Certified in phlebotomy with experience in blood collection.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare operations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle medical information discreetly.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
