At Total Warehousing, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team and serve as a key liaison between our clients and our operations team. The ideal candidate is a people-person with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

As a CSR, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible service, strengthening relationships, and contributing to our company’s mission of seamless logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Act as a liaison between clients and warehouse staff to ensure smooth communication and operations.
• Manage a portfolio of client accounts, fostering positive and lasting relationships.
• Process and manage customer orders, including order entry, tracking, and updates.
• Prepare and handle correspondences, ensuring professional and prompt responses.
• Monitor and address customer needs to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and account details.
• Provide updates and reports to management on customer trends and issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in customer support, client services, or a similar role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including phone and email etiquette.
• Ability to adapt to various personalities and resolve conflicts professionally.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in data entry and basic computer applications, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Active listening skills with a genuine desire to assist and support customers.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or 3PL environments.
• Good computer skills
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).

• Work Hours: Full-time
