What are the responsibilities and job description for the Billing Supervisor position at Total Warranty Services?
The Finance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the analyst team and reviewing the reports produced by the team which are used to record revenues and costs into the Financial Statements. To support the Finance Manager in achieving department objectives, goals, and deadlines.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform final review of analysts’ monthly analysis of contract data for accuracy to process for monthly financial close.
- Perform final review of analysts’ monthly schedules for calculations of management money, agent commissions, and incentive monies.
- Oversee, document, and communicate new account changes to the analyst team and ensure procedures are implemented accordingly for new programs.
- Support the Finance Manager and Analyst department by developing a plan to achieve department goals, company goals, and deadlines timely and efficiently.
- Ability to effectively collaborate and provide concise communication with analysts, peers, managers, clients, and other departments.
- Oversee and manage the onboarding of new team members and coordinate ongoing department training.
- Propose, establish, and implement new procedures/processes in a constantly changing and expanding environment.
- Consistent follow-through, ability and flexibility to multi-task and effectively balance priorities and meet tight deadlines.
