What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commissions/Billing Analyst position at Total Warranty Services?
The Analyst will be responsible for validating and analyzing the transactions entered in the contract management system. Preparing the calculations for management, agent commissions, and incentives. As well as assisting with the preparation of monthly billing and preparing reserve reconciliations based on acceptance reporting from the insurer.

Validate and analyze transactions entered in the contract management system for accuracy in excel
Review dealer agreements and payee schedules to ensure appropriate calculation for client payments
Prepare final monthly analysis of contract data for area assigned to finalize data for monthly financial close
Report and explain discrepancies identified in analysis to operations team for data updates, track and follow up to ensure data fix is properly made in the system
Prepare and apply calculations for special program billing to properly display in contract data reporting and customer monthly billing statements
Prepare and calculate the distribution for management money, agent commissions, and incentive dollars based on dealer agreements.
Prepare monthly reconciliations for contract reserves by comparing contracts processed to contracts accepted by insurer for area assigned
Assist with Monthly Billing PDF Consolidation preparation
Special projects as assigned by immediate supervisor
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related field or Associates Degree with 2-5 years of related work experience
2-5 years of experience as a business analyst, financial analyst, or data analyst preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Must be organized and detail oriented
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
