We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Total Waste. This role is crucial for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the Baltimore Metro Area. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in promoting our waste disposal services and building strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve company targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase our waste disposal solutions to potential clients.
- Manage and grow existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
- Perform cold calling to generate leads and establish new client relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in B2B environments.
- Strong business development skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and upselling abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage territory effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with technology sales is a plus but not required.
