About the Internship Program
At Total Wine and More, summer internships are project based and designed to expose students to the broader retail environment and future career opportunities. The Store Support Center Summer Internship is a paid, 11-week structured program where interns complete meaningful work and contribute to Total Wine and More’s success.
Interns are partnered with a Mentor within their department to provide guidance and support as they navigate a corporate environment. Alongside work that supports business value, interns will develop interpersonal skills and be provided with a broad knowledge of the retail industry. Interns will close the summer by presenting out on their learnings to Total Wine & More leaders, their teams, and fellow interns.

Analytics drives our business, and our teams leverage data-driven insights to optimize retail strategies and drive impactful business decisions. Placements include positions in Customer Analytics and Business Process Improvement.
You will learn how to analyze data to provide business solutions and how analytics is used across a retail organization.

The non-exempt base for this position is $25.00. Compensation may vary based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills and/or experience. *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Potential Duties Include
- Collecting, analyzing and reporting on data from marketing surveys and customer research.
- Designing a test, monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of a marketing campaign and/or promotion, communicating opportunities and successes.
- Creating reporting showing trends and results around key customer metrics or financial and operational data.
- Collecting, consolidating, and analyzing corporate and store feedback to provide effective solutions
- A Fall 2025, Spring 2026, or Summer 2026 graduation date from a bachelor’s degree program
- A continuous learning mindset and interest in working with numbers.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Team player attitude with strong communication skills.
- Exposure to data mining (SQL, R) tools and data visualization experience (Excel, Tablaeu, PowerBI, Looker) a plus!
